Humana's Careplus Dashboard    

Problem: Humana was paying a third-party vendor to maintain and manage its newly acquired CarePlus product. As part of its cost-cutting initiative, it sought to bring the development and maintenance of this product in-house. Humana aimed to swiftly integrate its CarePlus insurance product into its in-house platforms while aligning the design and functionality with Humana’s company standards.

Solution: Maintain the CarePlus brand identity with branding, colors, and fonts, emphasizing accessibility due to the demographic of the target audience, while incorporating the essence of Humana's components and framework. This approach provided the quickest path to a redesign.

Results: I accomplished the full MVP redesign within 9 months. Collaborating with engineers, UX designers, and product owners across various platforms such as Login/Registration, 2-Step Security Authentication, Claims, Benefits, Pharmacy, Referrals and Authorization, Rewards, Documents and Forms, Messaging, and Paperless Communication, we successfully launched the MVP.
